Fabrizio Brancacho
People & Culture Specialist
Fabrizio was born in Lima, Peru, and came to the Netherlands with his mother when he was 5 years old. He grew up in a small town called Hoorn and moved to Amsterdam in 2013. Since then he has been living in the big city until he took some time off in 2017 to go backpacking in South America for half a year. Fabrizio has been working in the field of social entrepreneurship for the past few years, where he guided startups with their go-to-market as a project manager. He also started two social startups in which he helped social entrepreneurs optimize their sales funnel and he worked actively as an account manager. The second project he started, was in the bike industry. There, old bicycle frames were upcycled and pimped to ‘perfectly’ new bikes (Henk has one of those bikes). Fabrizio has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. His goal at Expat Mortgages is to structure the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy. He aims to create a workflow in which the organization can be accountable for all its deeds in order to create a better world. Fabrizio is a big sports enthusiast and is active in disciplines such as calisthenics, yoga, fitness, and running. In his free time, he likes to go on city trips, eat at good restaurants, explore new hotspots, and spend time with his loved ones.
