Expat Mortgages is supervised by the AFM ( the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets, which has been responsible for supervising the operation of the financial markets since March 2002). Our permit is included in the Wft register under number 12016498. Our consultants make sure their expertise and knowledge is up to date by taking annual refresher courses.
