What can you expect from the Expat Mortgages Box 3 Webinar?

We open our digital doors 5 minutes before the start at 18:00. Live attendees are welcome to arrive from 17:30 onwards.

We will kick off with a focused presentation covering home ownership, added value, and Box 3 mortgages. Following the 30–40 minute presentation, we will address all individual questions live. The session wraps up around 19:00, and if you still have outstanding questions, you will have the opportunity to schedule a follow-up meeting.

Richardo Cruz Fortes

Richardo was born (in the early eighties) and raised in Amsterdam. Although he has Cape Verdean roots (both parents) he feels himself to be a real “Amsterdammer”. Richardo joined Expat Mortgages in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant and made career for himself within the company. Richardo is a Senior Mortgage advisor, but also responsible for the whole Sales department. Since 2020, Richardo is also a partner and a shareholder at Expat Mortgages. Richardo has a great drive to elevate the client experience, and the services Expat Mortgages provides. He invites you to watch/attend one of the monthly Webinars/Seminars, so he can take you on the journey of buying a house in the Netherlands.
