Buying the house in the Netherlands can seem quite complicated for an expat; although we had good recommendations from the people we know for Expat mortgages, and thus expected professional and good service, we were surprised to learn that their advice and help often go beyond what is expected. Right from the beginning Simon was not only very approachable but also extremely helpful, informing us that we could ask him for advice even on matters not strictly handled by him, and helped us in numerous ways.
