I bought a house the second time this year. Since I was happy with Expat Mortgages when I bought my first house in 2013, I decided to go back to them for the second time . I started communications with Stephania and continued working with Roy. Both are very professional and helpful. This time it took long time to get a house and finalize all the terms due to the high market. Stephania and Roy helped me through the whole time. Thanks to their cooperation and flexibility (I was traveling a lot when we prepare docs and it was really helpful when Roy called me to consult the terms), I’m in my new house enjoying the nice summer weather!
