I honestly cannot recommend Expat mortgages enough, an absolutely fantastic experience! We had an offer accepted on a house but ran into problems with the mortgage due to a unique situation coming from Germany. We got refused three or four times for a mortgage and had given up hope, then I chatted with Wouter at Expat Mortgages. From the first conversation, he said he sees no problem and can organize the mortgage, his promises were kept and through the whole process, he was a great help, was 100% transparent, explained everything precisely, and calmed our fears. Wouter was a true hero, it is the kind of service you don’t want to come to an end, but now we have our beautiful house, so for now at least we no longer require the service. We would not hesitate to use Expat mortgages again in the future if needed, they also helped with other things aside from the mortgage once it was confirmed, such as Insurances and Tax rebates, so the good service continued! Highly professional, approachable, friendly, and most of all they certainly get the job done!
