Ana was born in Albania and moved to the Netherlands at 17 to pursue her studies in Groningen. She now lives in The Hague. Her passion for working with people initiated from her studies in Marketing and Hospitality Management, when Ana realized how much she enjoyed helping companies build stronger relationships with their customer. This led her to a career as a Customer Success Specialist at Expat Mortgages.

In her free time, Ana likes to practice her love for photography, capturing moments and exploring different perspectives. She also enjoys spending time at the cinema, hanging out with friends and reading to unwind.
